Password Requirements:

Length: Must be 10 or more characters. No Spaces.
Characters: Must include 3+ of the following:
- Uppercase Character [A - Z]
- Lowercase Character [a - z]
- Numerical Digit [0 - 9]
- Special Character [!, ?, etc]
Restrictions: The following are not allowed
- Must NOT be a name, username, common word or phrase [eg. password, asdf1234, etc]
- Must NOT contain 3+ identical characters in a row [eg. 111 not allowed]
- Must NOT be the same as previous passwords
